We opened Pandora’s box
Just to see if she was home
She had an apple pie
A jaundiced eye
And a big red telephone
She said “Boys I know why you are here;
You wanna take me for a ride.
But before we go I think you ought to know
That I’m awful hard to hide.
I’m awful hard to hide.”
-Shawn Mullins, “Pandora”

For now, I think I just want to see what’s in the box. I’m going to open my head and see what comes out.

  1. 🙂

    When Zeus’ head was opened, Athena stepped out, fully formed and armored, as the patron of wisdom, courage and creativity, among other things.

    1. How did I miss this comment? I probably had my head stuck in the holiday stuff.

      I shall expect nothing less from my head-opening! Although we’re more likely to get something about weird things happening to me on a trip, like meeting a trucker with fangs. I’m still sort of smacked by that one.
